My name is Kylie Sims, Raleigh, N.C. based photographer whose most favorite thing ever is taking pictures! I still remember the first picture I took that prompted that “aha” moment…I set up an empty glass lemonade bottle against my bike at the park…2016 Pinterest called and they wanted their picture back :)
Fast forward nearly 10 years later and my passion to make a moment last forever is even stronger! I am forever thankful for the family and friends that donated their time and smiles to grow my skills and confidence behind the camera.
I spent my undergraduate years at North Carolina State University where I earned a bachelor’s degree in media communications. I am now 30 minutes down the road at the (lighter) blue school earning my Masters of Strategic Communications. My purpose is to spread the light of my Savior Jesus Christ while capturing your story in the most authentic way possible. I love the combination of documentary style photography uniquely blended with the traditional framed memories your family will admire for generations.
As a 2024 bride I have a personal passion to capture YOU!
While weddings are one of my favorite days to capture, I hope to foster a relationship that allows me to capture all life has to offer. From graduations to newborn cuddles and everything in between. At the end of the day, all I truly care about is serving and loving you well...and having the absolute BEST time doing It!
